With our new portal we are making it easy for you to access all our online services on one single platform.
It's easy to get started, simply complete the simple registration form using your name, email address and password. Activate your account by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your email inbox.
Once you have confirmed your account you can then login and review the available services. Each service defines the requirements that need to be met in order for it to be activated.
Depending on the service, you might be required to upload some documents. Once you have submitted everything as needed, our agents will then review and approve accordingly.
This new portal will replace the existing Client Portal and will be the foundational platform on which we are planning to build and provide a whole lot of other municipal related services.
Apart from the improved Online Statements service, some of the other services we have planned for this new platform is Meter Self Reading, Incident Reporting, and Traffic Fines.

Our existing Client Portal will be decommissioned and it's services have been expanded and redesigned to form part of the this brand new integrated portal.
If you have an account on the existing Client Portal, your user profile will be automatically migrated to the new platform. You will receive an email with a link to set a password on the new platform.
All your approved municipal accounts will also be migrated and approved automatically so that you can have immediate access and pickup right where you left off.
